Anyone have the same problem as I am noticing on my 06?
After I turn off the engine, I flick the switch on the window and it rolls all the way up then instead of stopping, it rolls down half way. Then I will try to roll it up again and it keeps rolling halfway down.
Basically I have to turn on the engine and then it will roll all the way up.

voltage out of the batter is about 12v, voltage out of the alternator is about 14v... the motor has more power when you put 14v across it than 12v, just like running a 12v fan off 14v, it blows more air as it spins faster... I'm going to bet that's the reason for what it's doing, add in the fact that maybe the motor is dying and weaker than it should be, or you have more drag on the window than normal....
note: my does the same thing, but randomly as above person said... but on the driver side
