Default Car dies on startup

So heres the story.

I drove to Target to check on PS3s and I came out to my car. I started it and it died. The revs just dropped to 0 and it stalled. I restarted it and it was working perfectly fine. I have no idea why this happened. I changed my oil a few days ago, but I don't see a reason why changing your oil would cause this. Someone mentioned that it may be the lack of back pressure, but I don't think this is the case. Would this happen from having to much oil in the car? I only put in 5 quarts but when I pull the dipstick there is oil smeared towards the top. I think it is just picking it up out of the tube. When I checked right after I changed my oil it was right at the full point.

My mods:
Intense Power Resonated test pipes
invidia true dual
popcharger

advice?

Crank position sensor maybe, it's not the oil. As for the backpressure you should be fien on that too. If you had no exhaust whatsoever then maybe.

On some of the titans I heard from a guy off of tech line that some of the new engines are getting coolant into the cylinders. Causing them to idle and run awful. That prob. not what is happening to ur z cause they are still manufactured 100% in japan, not in smyrna tn.

We have a titan in the shop now and have to pressure test the cylinders and hope that no coolant comes out. But as far as oil goes if you are worried just check some of your plugs and see if they are fouled. You may be losing a little oil but not a ton./

I would love to, but I am at college right now. I was gunna run down to jiffy lube and see if they would just let me drain out a quart. I think there is deff to much oil. I dont know why that would make my car die. If it was the crank sensor wouldn't I through a code?

I also have noticed that since I got the car sometimes when I start it after a day or so there is a quick grinding sound.
