TSB on "Tire Road Noise"
One thing puzzles me about the TSB on Tire road noise when braking. The TSB applies to Vehicles built before Sept 19, 2002. Who came up with that date? What makes the vehicles built before Sept 19, 2002 and after Sept 19, 2002 different? What did Nissan start doing different on Sept 20, 2002. Do the vehicles built after Sept 19, 2002 have the feathering/alignment problems?
