Default Window anti-pinch function not working...

I got my windows tinted yesterday and they disconnected the switch that makes the window go down a little when you open it, so they could tint all the way down. Now it won't do the thing where it rolls down a half an inch when i open the doors. I can push it by hand and it'll stop, and it will go back up when i shut the door, but thats it. Windows still roll up and down fine. I did a search and i think i need to do the reset inside the door panel. But i couldnt find any posts with this exact problem. Any suggestions?? SHould i unplug the battery overnight too??

I made them aware of it, and had it documented on my reciept. The problem is that they are a little shop and tint is really all they do. So the lady that owns it with her husband said she'd have her husband do it cause he's "good with electronics". I told her to wait and i'd try to do the reset tomorrow myself. Really don't want to get more stuff messed up in the process by someone that may mean well, but doesnt know what they are doing. Can i "make them" take it to a dealer to fix it?? Like i said it's documented on my reciept. I don't think both my regulators just died at the same time. I had no problems at all before they disconnected the switch in the door jam. And they are reputable, i have had all my cars there in the past, and have had no problems.

And the guys who broke your window's features are unable to fix it or tell you how to fix it over the telephone?

Do the interior lights still come on and off with the door opening?
