Default Is my engine leaking oil/fluid???

I popped my hood today to clean my Pop Charger filter.
Upon inspecting my engine bay, I noticed that the front side of
my engine around where crank pulley is located is dranched with what appears
to be engine oil or of some sort.
I also noticed that further down that gold piping(pic) just above the strut bar
is also heavily dranched.
It must've been there for a while and a lot too, since it looks all gooey.
Is my engine leaking something? Possible engine damage?
I've included pics so please fill me in guys. Thanks.

That does not look too bad to me, but it is indicative of a leak. Keep in mind that a air conditioning leak or coolant leak will also leave an oily residue.

Clean the area with a greaser. Watch your fluid levels carefully.

Thanks for your input. Fluid levels seem to be fine as I've had the stains for white a while.
Should I just take it into the dealer?
