Default Window Problem

So i had tint on a couple days ago and everytime i would roll down my window there seem to be something inside the door pannel that scratches my tint off. seems to be the window regulator but im going to check that out tomorrow. Was wondering if anyone else had the same problem and tell me how to fix it.

just called in nissan and asked them for a quote for the job and they said 150 for labour and if we need parts then it will go on top of that.
