i took my car 4 emmisions and it failed. the area highlighted was for the evap canister. it said vent control, and the code was p0447.(i relocated the canister because i have a greddy evo 2). we checked the electricity and it was fine. now he says its the vent solenoid, and it needs 2 b replaced. can anybody help me out?

 

More than likely, one of the hoses is loose. Double check the clamps and connections.
