Default OMG Improper Repair

oh for F*** sakes!! right when things were going well too
today i was rolling down my window when i noticed a scratch dead center!
at first i thought maybe someone keyed it, but after i noticed the bottom of the window had a lot of fine scratches that couldnt be removed
turns out theres still some glass particles on the freaking rubber piece on top of the door from my previous breakin
i guess the shop didnt clean it properly and now it freakin scratches when it goes down
what can i do about this? tomorrow im gonna tweak it at the shop, but will insurance company help me with this crap? dont tell me itll be another damn claim
i waited like a month for this DAMN window too before from nissan japan so GOD HELP ME

They sell a glass filler if the cut is fine enough.

Insurance won't pay for a botched repair, especially if they paid for the repair the first time.

^ is wrong. Pretty much every insurance company will put a warranty on a repair done through one of their recommended shops if the repair was done through insurance. Also the shops should have their own labor warranty that should cover you too.

You shouldn't have trouble having the shop that fixed it make it right and I would definitely let the insurance company know what is going on. The shop doesn't want to go on a "don't use" list that your insurance company probably keeps to lessen their liability and hassles.
