I usualy use a board and then my service jack. Makes things easier and all you have to do different is drive on a board

Craftsman and Harbour-Freight are pretty popular among members here. Nobody really makes one low enough and long enough to get under the center lift point to jack the front end up. You wind up needing to drive the front up on a couple of 2-bys so you can sneak the jack under the front.

got this 1.5 ton low profile aluminum jack from biglot last year for about 50 bucks. i also got a 2.5 ton regular floor jack from kragens. Used both for brake/rotor jobs.....also jack stands of course.
