Default I'm so friggin' sad-hail

First time in my entire life I ever saw tennis ball sized hail. Anyone caught in hail knows the aluminum hood takes the worst beating. I recall some folks in Texas had the same problem recently. How did you take care of the damage? Paint free dent repair?

Is it possible to remove small dents using paint free dent repair so that you can't tell there was ever any damage? I don't want to spend alot of money if it's going to look kike a patch job.

My Honda was heavily damaged a few years ago by huge hailstones while I was at work (we thought the windows in our office were going to break), many many dings from head to tail. My insurance company suggested I try paintless dent removal, so I figured what the heck. They suggested a shop in Rockville, MD, they said they worked on showcars, etc.

When I picked up the car, it looked like new! I looked and looked, couldn't find the slightest imperfection, metal and paint were flawless. I was amazed. They said they inserted long metal tools to press out the dents from inside. The guy who did the work is a craftsman.

If you can find a good shop in your area and the paint is undamaged, give it a try. I have a very small ding on the passenger side already, when I get back to MD next month, I'll be visiting them for repair. Good luck.
