Hey, nobody should feel bad for a warranty claim, dealerships make a good chunk of change from Nissan when they do this work. I work for a Toyota Dealership, and a lot of the work they do for rattles and other TSB items pay the techs and the service advisors pretty well. They get to bill it out at a certain amount, and it usually takes way less time.

I got a chance to talk with one of the service reps that was in the region for Nissan, they know fully about the manual seat crunch and looseness... they haven't made an official kit yet, though there are some dealerships that are more profficient and have created their own, I don't have any that are doing it near me though. I also have had the window kits ordered for mine.

What happened to the TSB's? The first post with all the links is gone. This was really useful, did Nissan strongarm someone into taking it down? I like taking the printed TSB with me to the dealer because it is obvious that they don't read them otherwise!
