My 2003 Z has 65K miles. Both of my doors rattle when I shut the door. It reminds me of an old car when the window is loose. I opened my driver doors many times to fix the motor but never my passenger door.

I figure I can tighten some nuts and bolts the get that solid sound again. Any suggestions or comments?

The passenger door isn't a problem to pull off- pretty straightforward.

Maybe when you have the panels off you can go ahead and insulate the doors a bit, which will keep them from sounding so much like empty tin cans whenever you close them.

Be careful not to overtorque the bolts on the doors when you tighten them- a lot of the pieces are plastic and can split very easily.
