Default Scratched Side Skirt

I need your help! I recently purchased a 2007 Carbon Silver 350Z. I was exiting a parking garage when I ran over a very low curb. The sound was horrendous so I though I caused alot of damage. After I cried, yes, I am a girl, I went to assess the damage. There are very deep scratches in the passenger side skirt. Can these scratches be repaired easily? My only concern is finding paint that matches the factory paint. Should I just replace the side skirt with a new one? I'm really frustrated and any advice would be great.

No pics unfortunately...I did it a couple of days before I left for Korea. Probably too late to even claim it on my insurance.
