Default Clutch problem, any solution??

Happened twice already hopefully someone has an answer. I was coming into a right turn so i downshifted into 2nd and completed my turn. After i completed the turn i put it back into gear and pressed on the gas, but when i pressed the gas the car wouldnt move forward it just felt like it was rolling in neutral. The clutch was full engaged and the slip light came on. After a few secs the clutch gripped again and off i went. has this happened to anyone?? Car only has 3k mi on it.

take it to your dealer to have the clutch checked.
