When I got on the highway yesterday my car started acting funny. The ABS, e-brake, VDC off, and slip light came on and stayed on. The speedometer said 0mph and so did the electric speedo. After about 10 minutes the tachometer went to 0rpm. On the way home the engine temp dropped to the bottom. No instruments were working except the gas gauge. The rpms jumped for a while before they quit but none of this affected how the car drove. The rpms would drop from 2000 to 0 and then jump back up to 2000 but the car never changed just the gauge. What is this?

jeeze....sounds serious. ECU maybe?

 

Search under ECU or BCM. This has happened to other guys.
