Default Problems with Grease on Windows and Dealer

I took my car in to have my window grease problem fixed (thanks guys for supplying the TSB info) The grease on the windows in now gone, however, there are two new problems caused by the technicians "repair."

1. My passenger door now shuts with a clunk and a rattle.

2. My driver's side door won't lock anymore.

I've taken my car back to the dealership this morning. I hate taking it down on the weekdays as I have work to do and can't keep shuttling myself back and forth from the dealership. I talked to the customer service manager and I told that I didn't want my car back until they had fixed all the problems they have created. I also told them that I would need a comporable loaner vechicle to get myself back and forth for a few days as they still have to order the parts for my passenger door to get it fixed. They said they can't do that.

My question is, since when am I personally responsble for the problems they have created on my car? Why should I find my own transportation when I have a Z in the first place?

Any suggestions or comments?

Thanks

Call Nissan Headquarters and raise hell! The problem caused was not your fault, so you should not have to pay for a loaner while NISSAN fixes THEIR problem.
