Default clutch sticking > the clutch getting too hot?

so i brought my car in to nissan to check out my problem of the cluth sticking, staying depressed. the mechanic said it was due to my driving and that it causes my clutch to get too hot and making it stick. so what do u guys think? sounds valid, or should i go back there?

..... that's some BS. Do a little more research on this forum. I remember reading about the issue. It has to do with having air bubbles in some fluid.

Most of the 07 are having this issue. I would take it back. Do a search about clutch sticking/problems there is tons of info on this problem.
