I clipped a pavement(Oil/diesel patch), rim and tyre even fine, but the wheel is ever so slightly touching the arch. So damage for sure, what will most probably have been bent - I am a bit worried that the local shop here will just strip and order as many as possible parts! Seems to have shifted about 4 centimetres. Adjustment or replacement?

 

Without pictures it's very tough to say. Take some pictures of the wheel and the undercarriage.

 

I took some ('Do not have them with me right now), does not show anything though - I even took off the other wheel to compare, nothing noticeable with the naked eye. No damage to body either.
