Default Once again, I hate my window!

So on December 26th, I had my window fixed for the third time. Today, I got in it, rolled the window down to talk to a girl and of course, it started screwing up again. Doing the stupid rolls itself down thing. Less than a month after being "fixed." So on Monday I am calling Nissan, not the dealer, and asking exactly who I need to talk to about lemon law. My friends dad is a district judge and said in Ky, if a car is repaired for the exact same problem more than three times, you have a case for lemon law. I really dont want to get rid of my Z, I just want it fixed. Obviously something is wrong for it to keep screwing up like this. I called the dealer too and they said "Well, maybe the sensor is bad" which is what I asked them last time and they said "those never go bad." I'm just getting tired of paying to have the same problem "fixed." Sorry for my rant, anybody else on here having this much of a headache out of the car?

That back of your job order states the warranty for new Nissan parts installed by Nissan.

And the warranty is?

They have installed no new parts, except the first time. The other times they have just "adjusted" the window, which they claim will fix the problem.
I actually talked to a lawyer on Saturday. He said I have a legitimate claim for lemon law. He said under Ky law, if they cannot fix the problem on the 4th time or do not fix it in a "timely manner", I am entitled to a claim. I asked about a time limit and the law says as long as the car is purchased with a warranty (I bought the silver plus plan), I can still claim it until that warranty expires. So now I just will have to see what Nissan says. My friend bought a 04 Focus new and had to have his alternator replaced three times before 40k miles. On the 4th time he informed Ford he was going to call a lemon law lawyer and they said "let us try on more time." They replaced the alternator and all the wiring. No problem since.
