I just replaced the Bose amp from chase ford nissan in davis.
they did very poor job. they broke the strut bar cover and
I had to order new part.
and I also did the window grease fixed but now I have
problem with rattling doors.
their job was very poor.
dont ever go to the chase ford nissan in davis, CA.

 

That is kind of a broad blanket statement/judgement isn't it?

I mean, I'm the first to hammer these dealers for their greed and deceptive tactics but did you at least give them a chance to fix it?

If they did these things and then refused to make it right at no cost to you, THEN I would agree with your condemnation.

 

YES, I gave them many chances. (four times)
fifth time I went the Chase Ford-Nissan Dealer.
the service manager said, "our technician is not
good enough to fix that problem. I am sorry. I wish
our technician could satisfy you, but he has a limit.
I recommand you to go to other nissan dealer."

I was very pissed, so I went to other dealer. And they fixed the
problem in 24 hours.

Now do you agree?
