Default Problems, problems, problems.

Damn it, I was pretty happy with my Z during the first six months.

Now a buncha things have occurred which are pissing me off. I hope some of you can offer suggestions on these, as I'm sure I'm not the only one with these problems!

1] Window grease at the driver side window is now in TWO places... the old "wide scattered" streak, and a new narrow but very thick streak.. which is hard to wipe off. I also have tint.

One dealer has already fed me ******** about how having tint prevents me from getting that TSB. Now I could go to another dealer, but the question is... is it worth it ? I've heard so many horror stories about this TSB.

2] Driver side door now makes "creaking" noises when opening... like an old house door... something ain't lubed up... wtf, the car's only 6 months old.

3] I hate the damn paint! Sure, it looks awesome... especially in DB... but my god... my front bumper might as well be replaced every 6 months, it's got so many god damn nicks, dings, bugs, and nonsense on it... the surface is all rough now when I wash it.

4] The stupid "white markers" they use at the tracks leave all this crappy white residue on my windows (and elsewhere), which is IMPOSSIBLE to get off 100%. I used a kitchen knife (didnt have a razor blade), and scratched it off after 30 min of tedious labor... I hope I didn't scratch the windows much. Anyone know how to get this crap off easily ? Soap water or carwash liquid don't work.

5] The interior is a pain in the *** to keep clean. Especially the door sill area. I hate how, every time I wash the car, all the water leaks in there...

Any comments, fellas?

Thanks.

Yeah, my front bumper is mince meat. I'm getting more and more perturbed with Nissan blowing off the problems, and when I come back from NY next week, I may contact a lawyer regarding the lemon law. My seat still shifts even though it's been 6 months since I made an official complaint. My tire feathering has been blown off since the tires are on backorder, and NNA won't authorize a set of different tires. Trannies are on backorder for awhile now, and now I have an electrical problem with what I think is the parking brake sensor setting off all the other sensors in my car (ABS and VDC).

Well Bonz, it's much easier to enjoy a car when everything is okey-dokey... not when you're worried about everything because it's breaking down on ya ;0

I got some pretty severe door creaking once they applied my window grease TSB, and my windows stopped doing that little thing where they go down and backup when opening/closing the door. I have to take it in about that. Also, my bumper has an increasing number of huge visual blemishes at 4 months of ownership.

If you have tint nd want the TSB it doesn't matter, it's worth getting done, but be aware that the original grease problem scratches your tins, so even though the grease won't be there, there are scratches in your tint where it was.
