Has anyone out there filed for a replacement car with Nissan. I have a Sunset Lemans purchased oct 30th of last year, have had the tranny replaced twice for 3rd gear grind, also been in the shop for tire feathering, windows grease, brakes squealing and recently for 5th gear popping out. I love the car, but according to ga lemom law 3 times failure of a major component you can file for a buyback or a replacement.

I am not trying to be a ahole to nissan, but at this point I am a little frustrated with the car for what I paid and would like them to replace the car, and hopefully grant a couple of upgrades for the frustration and upgrades I have made to this car.


Has anyone persued this its there anyone else experiancing all these problems. Lastly have these issues been addressed in the newer production runs of this vehicle.

Would appreciate any advice or alternative actions I may persued.
