Default Help door panel removal now screws won't come out

OK I'm taking my drivers side door panel off for the thrirs time. First time trie cleaning motor, second autozone sent wrong side motor, and this is the third time to install the correct motor.

I'm in the proccess of removing the metal piece that has all of those 10mm screws. I'm thinking everything will be smooth sailing, WRONG. Now for some reason 2 of the 10mm screws won't come out. They will turn but wont get any loose or tighter. They just spin and spin but won't come out. Anyone know how I can get these out?

Sounds like it's stripped.

Might have to try getting something underneath the head like a screwdriver to pry it up while at the same time unscrewing it.
