ok i got 03 touring and i just had my tranny rebuilt and with syncro and lifter fork that what he said and now it seems to be locking me out of gears when i get on it or it will grind sometimes its weird any ideas im gonna bring it back to the shop tomorrow but what do you guys think it is?

 

I"m having a simliar problem with mine. Mine is only grinding in 2nd gear. I took it to nissan and they replaced the whole tranny, and 500 miles now since the new tranny, it grinds again on 2nd gear.. don't know what the issue is.

 

second gear is known to grind or lock you out if your shifting to fast.... so is it giving you this problem when your speed shifting

 

Today at autocross, I can't back into first. Does this sound like the same problem. When I am heel/toe shifting from second to first and won't engaged.
