Re-Shaping Urethane: Help!
Since I bought the Z in '04, I have used a couple short pieces of 2x4 to elevate my front end just enough to slide my incredibly old floor jack under the frame, and I ended up popping up one of the 2x4s into my front passenger mud guard while driving the car onto these make-shift ramps. The mud guard got crunched, also deforming the side-skirt. I removed the mud guard and front of the skirt, pushing the dents out the best I could. Unfortunately, they are both still a bit off, not really noticeable by themselves, but when you attach the mud guard to the skirt there is a 1 cm gap that just won't go away no matter how hard I push.
Now, I don't want to damage anything any further, so if you think I should take it to a pro, I will. Body shop maybe? I am already very bothered by this damage that only I will really notice, and just want it back to the way it is supposed to look.
Thank you
