Default Removing cover of sub area

I have a major rattle coming out of the sub woofer area of my roadster (at least I think it's coming out of there). I have no idea how to remove that panel to get in there. Can anyone help?

Really, no screws or bolts holding it on? I'll try, thanks for the response.
