So I took my Z to get the new window kit replacement to fix the grease streaks. Unfortunately I couldn't pick it up until after the service dept. closed and I had to do the "late pick-up." I worried about doing this because I wanted an actual service person to be there in case there was still grease....

long story short....i pick up my car and notice first off -- there's STILL grease streaks. It's less than before -- but so what.... they're still there.

secondly, the arm rest panel on the passenger side isn't snug into place. it's popped out and I can push it into place, but it pops right back out again.

and third--which really p*sses me off is the fact there's an INVERTED DENT in the driver side of my door which looks like someone dented the door from the inside. At first I thought someone dinged my door in a parking lot, but after examining the ding, I realized that it's actually protruding outward. Plus there's no paint scratches or missing paint which would've resulted from another car door dinging my door.

I can't believe it. I'm calling on Monday and I'm going to have someone's head. I just hope they don't try to say that they didn't produce the ding....
