How 2 Adjust Brake/Gas Pedal For Heel/Toe?

Hm... I suppose I should just practice more, or wear shoes other than my Vans/Etnies, or maybe you guys have bigger feet than me... 
It just feels like the brake pedal should be lower for me though.

I wear 11s and I want my brake pedal raised as it is... and I wear skate shoes as well
Are you sure your putting your heel on the gas and your toe on the brake?
