I am no longer able to shift my car into first or second at high speed and rpms. It started doing autocross yesterday. When I rev match from second to first, shifter in and go to give it gas it acts likes its in neutral. The shifter is in place but wont engage, only after I clutch it again it seems to free up and go into gear. I also tried rev matching from third to second and same problem. There is no grinding, the shifter goes into place and stays there, just can't engage a gear. I am going to try fourth to third tonight and see if the problem is still there. My a spring or throw out bearing sticking.
