phone number for filing complaints?
1-800-nissan1. Talk to a consumer affairs specialist. Get his/her name. Get a file number and get their direct extension in order to follow up with the same person. Usually pretty hard to get a hold of the same consumer affairs specialist once the complaint is filed. Just don't leave a message, just hang up and keep trying until they answer the phone. I have yet to get a return call. I always have done the initial contact.

Hum, Nissan Consumer afraud dept. Excuse me, consumer affairs dept. Talk is cheap. I found out. Like the other post message says dont leave a message they dont call back. I found that they do call back but not when they tell you and when they do its usually BS. See most post of drivetrain problems with no resolve and you will understand. P.S. Good Luck Jim
