Default Need to know if I bent my rear axel

hey I'm new here but recently i wasnt paying attention going around a turn and I hit the back rear wheel pretty hard. Anyway my car now pulls to the right because of course the wheel is misaligned. But there isn't any vibration at any speeds and I was wondering if I could have bent the axel housing?

Oh p.s all the lights came on and the vdc wouldnt turn off after i hit the curb so I dunno if I hurt the LSD as well thanks!

The fact that your car pulls right after hitting your rear wheel and not the front would suggest that you probably bent something. Doesn't sound good.

How can I possibly tell if the axle is bent without looking at it?

check your rim. Pull your rim/tire off the car and see if you can spin it on a pole or axis of some sort and you will be able to see if it is wobbling. You would have to hit it pretty hard to do some real damage.

If you do not think you are qualified to look at this then take it to a dealership or someone you trust to check it out.

It's been over a year. I'd hope the OP has had this fixed since then.
