Do you feel anything when you pull the lever? Meaning.... is there any resistance on the actual door handle mechanism?

I would take off the door panel and look at the linkage on the backside of the handle to make sure it has not been broken off. A similar issue happened to another vehicle of mine when a friend tried to get out of the rear with the child locks on.

Will do, and Thank you.

If there is Linkage damage there is a way to repair it right?
