Ok I'm not sure what this part/parts are called but here is what happened.

I took my car in to get my new tires put on and I was sitting in the waiting room right next to the garage when they were working on my car and i heard a very loud crash followed by some "woah woah woah woah!" and previously my car was up on the lift and when I looked over in the garage it was on the ground and they were lifting it up with some sort of hand lift.

Anyway....I asked them what that loud crashing noise was and they denied dropping anything and he said it must have just been hammering which was bullsh!t cause I know the difference between a hammering noise and a crashing noise.

Just today I realized that under my car towards the front there is a black plastic piece hanging down and on the passenger's side there (right front corner) under the bumper theres a plastic piece that is broken and they tried holding up the hanging down plastic guard or whatever it is with a black zip tie....they neglected to do that to the other side though so thats the side that is hanging down.

I'll post a paint picture of what this piece looks like...I need it replaced and don't know what its called. They denied anything so I guess I'm getting it fixed on my own.

I'm thinking the part is called...Underbody pannel...maybe engine splash shield? That sounds better.
