that is selling upgraded trunk lift struts for the best price I've found so far ($115 shipped). He sells three levels: a stock replacment, a slight upgrade for nismo style spoilers and such (I have these, and they're just right), and a set that will lift an additional 20 lbs for those of you with those gigantic spoilers. I've got the stage 2 with stock hatch, they are awesome! Just installed them this past week.
