Nissan Warranty - New Car Owner?
Good afternoon - I recently bought a used 2006 350Z with only 24K miles on it. I understand that this is still under warranty from Nissan, correct? If so, how do I let Nissan know that I am the new owner and wish to be covered under the warranty? Anyone have experience with this? What should I do?
Thanks a million!

You don't have to let anybody know. If you ever go in for warranty service Nissan will check the mileage. If the car is within warranty, the car is covered.
It doesn't matter who drives the car to the dealer or who it belongs to. Warranty is warranty regardless.

So what was the standard warranty in 2006?
I would assume 3 year/36K miles.
But my Mazda is 4 year/50K miles so you never know.
Nevermind, found it on Edmunds.com
3yr/36K basic
5yr/50K drivetrain.
