Angry Problem ??? Intermitent Starting.

Hey everyone, I am having a problem with my 2003 z. The battery is new and has a good charge but sometimes it will not start .not because of the engine but because it acts like the battery is very dead. It won't even powery radar detector I will wait for a few minutes and then it will start right up like nothing is wrong. Do u have any idea what could do that? I am thinking that it has to do with the immobilizer. What do I guys think? Thanks for your help

check your battery connections. make sure you don't have a lot of corrosion or oxidation on your terminals. Also make sure the terminals aren't loose. If you have a volt meter check ur voltage of your battery. It should be around 12.6, if it's below 12.45 volts you need to get it charged.

It is a new battery, and I just had it checked at autozone. It is not a loose connection or corrosion. That was the first thing that I checked. thanks for the idea, but it is not that easy.
