Default Hks true dual exhaust maintence

hey guys,
I just recently got an hks exhaust with the Ti tips. I was just wondering how you guys clean it to maintain that look. I heard the blue tips can fade if you use hard chemicals on it...but Im not sure if thats true.
Is it ok if I just wash with regular soap and water?
Can anyone elaborate for me?
Thanks guys-BH

Use regular soap and water to wash. If you get heavy built up, use a quality polished metal paste like Meguiars...

Sounds like someone watched "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" one too many times. jk.

I'm sure windex will clean, but if you're looking to clean/protect I'd use a mild metal polish.

with the process of burning the tips, wouldn't that affect only the outside (visible) metal? i would think a metal polish would clean the bluing.
