Default Remedy for Leather scratches

Spelled remedy wrong. Wont let me edit lol. When I was installing my in-dash some metal parts scratched my leather seats exposing the orange scratches from the inside. Is there anything I should use? I was thinking about using black leather touch up pens...http://www.theadventuremall.com/Blac...source=froogle

A simple solution of black shoe cream (not the wax kind). That will last for months.

More permanent is black dye.
