Default a/c blower problem

Alright, forsure the compressor is kicking on, but I'm not getting no air inside the car. I'm guessing its the fan/blower. Is there any relay/fuse for that?

I am having an issue with my ac blower...turn the ac on .. light comes on but no air check the Lines and they were fine, i did a ssfety and went ahead bleeding the system. Then came up to find out one fan was working which was for the motor, but other fan does not kick in. Check to see if there was any power from battery to motor of fan..same thing. so i unplugged cables and check the plugs ...same thing..Concern if i might have a shortage in that line or their is another way of fixing the problem ?

PLease I need HELP ASAP !!!!
