Default No cold A/C at all ever!

I have no cold AC at all. All I get is hot hot air all day. If I put the switch on auto it will blast full hot air. When I do the self diagnostic test, I get three of the four LED lights to turn on. According the Automatic Air Conditioning Manual page: ATC-57, it says that there is a problem with either the A/C Controller or the Unified Meter and A/C amp (or auto amp.) Either one is kind of expensive and I would preffer to find the faulty device before I go replacing component by component. I need to know if there is a way to be able to find out exactly which one is wrong without going to the dealer that charges $200 just to test the system. I know the system is charged because I just took it to the dealer to charge it. I know the sensors are fine because I was able to do the diagnostics on the sensors and the motors that separate the cycling of the air. Everything else passed the test on the diagnostics but the 4 LED test at the beginning. The blower is working fine. I am not getting the compressor to engage and the lines are not getting cold, but I think the signal to engage the clutch and start the compressor comes from the Auto Amp. Please let me know if you hav any input or ideas. Thank you....

Hot in FL... I cant stand another week of 95+ degree weather without AC...

do you have the stock crank pulley installed or an under driven one?

sounds like a bad compressor or that clutch in the compressor itself. If you know for sure its charged and your not getting cold air then you might need to replace that compressor with a working one, recharge and problem should be solved. I'm not a wiz with a/c stuff so I'd get extra oppinions. But if that clutch isnt engaging that a problem regardless
