Bought an 04 few months back, someone had started to gut the car to race, then it was repossessed. The front wipers don't work, need some help! Thanks

What help? You are not telling me what you have and do not have:

Wiper relays
Switch
Body Control Module
IPDM E/R

 

Race cars don't need wipers. It could be anything from missing wiper motor to cut harness to pulled fuses.

Find a copy of the FSM and start debugging.

 

Guess I should have been a bit more descriptive. Everything is there, the wiper motor, all the fuses are good, they just don't work. Nothing works on that side of the stalk that has the controls. The other side of the stalk works (headlights, turn signals). The car wasn't a full blown race car, just had all the bags removed, interior plastic, it was a novice set up, at best.
