Auto Tranny Problems?

Has anyone with an Auto tranny had any problems? Mine will sometimes kick back when im driving. It feels like a sudden jerk and it only happens when its changing gears. Anyone have this same problem?

It happens in all of the gear ranges and it does it randomly. I tried to get it serviced, but they couldnt find the problem since they had to see the problem happening before they could say anything.
