Default Creaking, sqeeking, crackling, right Rear suspension (Warranty?)

Guys, I had this problem for a long time, seems to only get worse. Car is now out of warranty 2003 Touring 53k miles. There is a TSB for this NTB04-065. I never worried about it when the car was still under warranty because it wasn't as loud, now it is really loud.

Anyone know if the dealer will fix it for free under warranty or is it one of those things where it all depends on how cool the dealer is?

Thanks!!!!

NTB04-065 is for the clicking rear axle. Some members will not even notice. Your problem sounds more serious.

I've done the research, this is exactly what I am experiencing. I think I will just try and fix it myself instead of having the dealer with screw it. I am actually getting ready to sell the dang thing and get an M3. Kind of wish Nissan did a better job with the 370, oh well. See ya later Nissan.

Ok, now that were on this topic... I have clicking axles... I'm lowered 1" on springs and have 25mm spacers in the rear... Will the dealer try to blame the clicking on the springs and spacers and not fix it? Btw, I'm still under warranty...

You might want to take off the spacers and springs (rear springs can be taken off very very easily).

Interesting, I have 10" rear wheels and an aggressive offset, I kind of wonder if this amplifies the sound/problem, probably.

general rule of thumb is that if a dealership CAN blame the aftermarket parts or user for the problem, they will, they aren't out to lose money if they can avoid it.

That's what i was thinking... I might just remove the spacers and springs when I take it in...
