Default some type of fluid leaking?

I noticed a weird burning smell when i was driving my car with the heater on the other day, when i turned the heaer off i dont smell it anymore. I got to looking under my car and found this oily substance, that is redish clear under neither the driver side and it was on the plastic shroad under the car and on the exhaust and it was buring on there so thats where the smell came from. So i cleaned it off cleaned everything under the car real good got all the fluid or oil of the area and let it sit for a while. I climbed back under it and there was nothing leaking, so I cranked it and drove it up the road and drove it back and the smells was back, so i jacked it up and saw the fluid again. I look at all my fluids and evrything seems full, Im thinking it maybe a powersteering problem since it doesnt leak until the car is running or driving, anyone have some info on this? Im going to put in on a lift this week to get a better look?

power steering fluid

as far as causes? Anyone's guess - gotta just follow the drips. The resevoir is in the engine bay, the cooler is in the front bumper, passenger side. Lines run between there, the rack, and the resevoir
