Default Crankshaft Position Sensor

A week ago I was in third gear, I went to about 6k rpms and the Check Engine light comes on the TCS light comes on and the slip light comes on. So I check the codes when I get home and its a Crankshaft position sensor. So I reset the code, maybe its just a spoof, well lets fastforward to today. I decide to try out 3rd gear again. SAME thing happens. Didn't pull code because I want the dealer to check it out now. I did it onces more on my way home just now (check engine light is on already) and I noticed that when reaching 6k rpms in third gear the rpms JUMP to redline and back to 6k and redline and back. Smoothly, but over and over. So I let off and tried one more time yielding the same result... I am so bummed. I have 1300 miles on the Z and already it is throwing check engine lights.

Well, did some more research, seems like my Crankshaft Pos Sensor is bad or failing. When it fails it is said to give • No RPM reference signal • basically, that is the reason my rpms just start falling and jumping all over. Shouldn't be anything hard to fix this makes me feel better.
