my a/c fan does not come on when i turn on a/c r these fans part of the extended (84mos or 80000miles) warranty

You'd have to check with the company that sold you the extended warranty. It all depends on your coverage.

BTW - had you mentioned which model year you have, we could probably tell you if it's included in a recent coverage extension...

yes... it more than likely does b/c the fans are one unit.
