Default 06 350z interior lights all off

hey guys, i was trying to do the LED colour swap for the interior lights.
I was successful with the window/lock lights and then i attempted the cup holder LEDS (2006+ Z's only).

My car was on when i was doing this, and i accidentally shorted the two cup holder LED electrical wires together.
THere was a small spark and then i checked my other interior lights, the ones that should be on when the key is turned to "accessory" and the lights flipped on 1 turn.

Now i found all my lights hooked up to accessory are all off, as well as my backup camera coz it is hooked up to an accessory power feed.

Any idea how i can fix this?

not sure what you mean by that, but i would assume these would all be connected to the fuse box.

only thing is i dont know which fuse they are linked to.

i was trying to find a fuse box diagram but no luck

Probably a smart idea to disconnect the battery before doing any electrical work.

The system is described on page LT-128 of the '07 service manual. It mentions 10A fuses #18 and #21 in the fuse block, which is under the dash on the driver's side.

I would assume that you could have a loose wire somewhere that is grounding out..... If it started after you did the LED swap then "FIRST" I would check all of your wiring and connections to make sure they are connected good and insulated well "tape or whatever". "SECOND" If you added any extra LED's to your car I would add an inline fuse to help pinpoint / narrow down your problem and also protect the extra circuit. I would also say if you added more lights or whatever try maybe putting a 15amp fuse in it instead of the 10amp, or if it is a 15amp go to a 20amp. The only reason I say that is because a lot of stuff runs off of that fuse, by putting the extra load on the circuit could be why you are popping the fuse. and see if that fixes your problem.

I have this problem too. Just last night parking lights and part interior (seat heater lights, audio control on steering wheel and auto stick -P, N & D) doesn't light up. I checked every fuse under dash and next to battery. All good. Is there a relay switch that can be replaced? Or a 3rd fuse box??

yes there is a third fuse box its sort of behind the battery under the plastic that covers the battery compartment. it has a lot of fuses to do with lighting

Ok looks like I have to pull out the battery to get to 3rd fuse box. Are those fuse the small size 10 and 15 amps? Thank you!!

I checked it Saturday and was ok. I also pull out another 10 amp and switched it with another one and still no lights. I'm just gonna buy new fuses and change it.
Any other ideas if that doesn't work?? Thank you!!

When that fuse went out on mine the radio, gauges and some other stuff went out. If it's not that one I would say just check the fuses one by one. You don't have to pull your battery out to get to the hidden one, I didn't but it would make it easier

Thank you for the info. I did open up the 3rd fuse box with the black cover next to battery (there's 2 fuse boxes next to battery). It's a 10 amp fuse. Replaced it all everything is working as normal. The cover is a pain to remove and put back tho!!
