Hey guy I have a 2005 350z roadster. Yesterday i unlocked my car and the drive door wont open? I went to the other side and it opend no problem? I so i rolled the driver window down and opend it from the inside. Any reason why the drive outside door handle is not allowing me in? please help guys .. The dealer wany to charge me $95 to just look at it!!!

 

Just take your door handle off. Its really easy only 2 screws. The little hook probably just fell out of the latch

 

I've had this happened to me. Had to have the whole door handle assembly replaced.
It's a plastic part within the assembly that cracked, so it couldn't be repaired, and the replacement is expensive, $166 or something like that, and it's labor intensive, too.

 

Just pop the door panel off and see what's goin on in there. Prolly just some broken plastic.
