An Informative/Illustrated Tire Feathering Webpage
This guy has theories on the cause such as extreme castor, combined with rubber bushings, which could make the front wheels do a "shopping cart wheel wobble".
Could the "bounce" problem, cause the camber to fluctuate enough to do this damage? hmm
