06- 350z clutch will not engauge

Default 06- 350z clutch will not engauge

installed new clutchmasters fx 300 and light aluminum flywheel. torqued everything to specs, slave will not disengage clutch. bled{didnt work{any guiesses with this natterwould be greatly appricated

take everything apart and restart...... maybe you missed something :/

^ yeah iw as gonna say that...there is a push pin that moves the fork internally. Did it fall out perhaps?

Exactly what happens when you step on the pedal? How much pressure does it take to push the pedal to the floor? Does it come back up by itself when you take your foot off?

If you left out something like the push-rod on the slave cylinder or the throwout bearing, the piston would come out of the slave cylinder when you stepped on the pedal, and the fluid would come out.

Maybe look through the other couple of dozen posts on this same subject and see what they did to fix the problem.

I believe the piston might just be stuck on the slave. I am not 100% but i believe if you cna pull the pedal back and lightly smack the slave it might pop out.

If that is not the case it just might have a lot of air and you need to bleed everything good.

Also when putting it back together did you pinch the fork?
